Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian

In response to a media inquiry regarding reports that Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will visit China this summer, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Thursday that China's position on developing China-Australia relations has always been clear and consistent. 

"We are willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Australian side and work together to build a more mature, stable, and productive comprehensive strategic partnership. As for the specific visit you mentioned, I have no information to offer at this time," said Lin.
