The 2025 Belt and Road Journalists Forum was held on Saturday morning in Ganzhou, East China's Jiangxi Province. Under the theme "Promoting Civilizations Dialogue and Global Modernization with the Power of Journalists," the event attracted nearly 100 representatives from journalist associations and media outlets spanning over 50 countries and regions.

Throughout the forum, participants engaged in various activities, including keynote speeches and parallel dialogues.
He Ping, chairman of the All-China Journalists' Association, emphasized in his keynote that media organizations worldwide should serve as bridges for mutual understanding, fostering prosperity across civilizations and amplifying the voice of peace to protect the continuity of cultures.
Andrei Kryvasheyeu, rotating president of the Belt and Road Journalists Network, urged journalists to enhance collaboration across borders to reduce misunderstandings and biases through objective reporting.

In the afternoon, the Roundtable of the International Journalists Organizations brought together more than 30 journalists from 23 countries to explore avenues for journalism cooperation and cultural exchange.
Between July 15 and 19, the forum featured dialogues between foreign journalists and Chinese mayors, alongside parallel discussions on civilization dialogue and artificial intelligence. These sessions took place across several cities in Jiangxi Province, including Ganzhou, Jiujiang, Nanchang, Fuzhou and Jingdezhen.
