Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto wrote in Indonesian on X platform on Thursday that he would like to express his appreciation for the significant contributions of the People's Republic of China in maintaining global security. 

This V-Day commemoration serves as a symbol of China's strength and courage as a nation that steadfastly fights for independence, upholds sovereignty, and actively participates in realizing world peace, he wrote.

In the spirit of the V-Day, let us continue to strengthen the sustainable cooperation between Indonesia and China for both countries, according to the post.
