China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) announced on Monday that through preliminary investigation, NVIDIA is found to have violated China's Anti-Monopoly Law and the SAMR's notice on the anti-monopoly review decision for approving NVIDIA Corp's acquisition of Mellanox Technologies with additional restrictive conditions, and the SAMR has decided to initiate further investigations into NVIDIA in according with the law.
