Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on Sunday that China will firmly promote high-level opening-up, further ease market access, continuously optimize the business environment, and actively address enterprises' reasonable concerns.

Li made the remarks at a China-Singapore business community symposium during his official visit to the country. He attended the event alongside Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong.
