When asked to comment on that early parliamentary elections began in Kyrgyzstan on Sunday, Chinese FM spokesperson Lin Jian said on Monday that Kyrgyzstan successfully held early parliamentary elections, and China extends its congratulations. At the invitation of the Kyrgyz side, China dispatched an observation mission for the elections. It is our assessment that the elections were conducted in a democratic, open, and transparent manner, and we give them high praise. As a friendly neighbor and comprehensive strategic partner, China supports the choice made by the people of Kyrgyzstan. China believes that under the leadership of President Sadyr Japarov, Kyrgyzstan will certainly achieve enduring stability and security and make new, greater strides in its national development and rejuvenation. 

China is ready to work together with Kyrgyzstan to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of our two countries, further enhance mutual support, deepen all-round mutually beneficial cooperation, and advance the building of a closer China-Kyrgyzstan community with a shared future, Lin said.

On September 30, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree to hold the parliamentary elections on November 30, the Xinhua News Agency reported.
