On November 29, bidder No.3 had the winning bid to have the privilege of attending the competition with Michael Schumacher on November 3, at an auction held at the Beijing International Convention Center.
Ten minutes into the auction, the privilege of attending the competition with racecar driver Michael Schumacher on November 3 was auctioned off for 230,000 yuan to a domestic company Thursday.
There were seven bidders in the auction that started off at 30,000 yuan. It escalated to the winning bid of 230,000 yuan by bidder No.3.
The winning bidder did not disclose who in the company had won the privilege.
The winning bidder cannot use the opportunity to advertise his or her company brand, explained Xu Yingde, the general manager of Beijing Yihai Auction Co. Ltd. The requirement for the person who sits by Schumacher is that he or she must be healthy.
