No injured in life-threatening condition in car ramming incident in Changde, Hunan: local police

An incident involving a car ramming pedestrians occurred near Shuangtan Road and Yuxia Street, Dingcheng District of Changde city around 7:37 am Tuesday, according to a notice released by district police bureau. The injured were promptly taken to the hospital for treatment, and currently, none are in life-threatening condition.

The perpetrator, a 39-year-old man surnamed Huang, has been apprehended. The incident is under further investigation, said the police notice. 

According to CCTV news earlier Tuesday, multiple students were rammed and injured outside a primary school in Changde, Central China's Hunan Province, on Tuesday morning.
