Pakistani Prime Minister arrived in Tianjin on Saturday evening for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit to be held in Tianjin from August 31 to September 1, according to CCTV News.

Pakistan is a member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). China and Pakistan are good neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, good friends bonded by trust, and close partners who support each other in times of need. The China-Pakistan all-weather strategic cooperative partnership continues to deepen, with a solid foundation of public support, strong internal momentum, and broad development prospects, according to CCTV.

After attending the 2025 SCO summit, the Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also travel to Beijing to attend the commemorative event marking the 80th Anniversary of the Victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, according to CCTV.
