24-year-old Jackson Yee won the Best Actor award for his performance in the film Big World at the 38th Golden Rooster Awards on Saturday, becoming the youngest winner in the awards history.
The best actress honor went to Song Jia, the protagonist of Her Story, which also features Zhong Chuxi, who was awarded the Best Supporting Actress on Saturday as well.
Her Story also grabbed the Best Feature award, becoming the biggest winner at this year's ceremony.
Chen Sicheng and Dai Mo won the Best Director award for Detective Chinatown 1900.
The winners were announced at a ceremony in Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province.
Italian feature film There's Still Tomorrow seized the award for best international film.
Launched in 1981, the Golden Rooster Awards is sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the China Film Association.
