In response to a media question regarding Australian Defense Minister's remarks that the Australian Defense Ministry was tracking a Chinese Navy flotilla, claiming it may be heading toward Australian waters, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said in a press conference on Monday that regarding the activities of the Chinese Navy, we recommend that you inquire with the relevant authorities. 

He said that it is important to note that Chinese naval fleets consistently respect and adhere to international laws, conducting maritime activities in accordance with international legal norms.
