Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has sent a message of condolences to Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong after the mass shooting occurred in Sydney that caused heavy casualties, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Monday at a press briefing.
