"Relevant departments will release specific information in due course after completing necessary procedures. Please follow updates released by the Chinese Foreign Ministry and the Chinese Embassy in the UK," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said on Wednesday's regular press conference in response to a media inquiry about whether there has been progress following that China, during British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's visit to China, said it would actively consider granting unilateral visa-free entry to UK nationals.
