China announces temporary export controls on helium in accordance with law, effective immediately

China's Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs on Friday announced temporary export controls on helium in accordance with the relevant provisions of China's Foreign Trade Law, effective immediately. Any subsequent adjustments will be announced separately.
