At around 1 pm on August 13, a vessel caught fire at Huahai Shipyard in Gantang township, Fu'an, East China's Fujian Province. An explosion occurred as firefighters were responding at the scene. Preliminary information showed that one firefighter was missing and 10 other people were injured, according to China Media Group.
