Member of South Korean boy band EXO Oh Se-hun, also known as Sehun, will attend the Berluti Fall Winter 2020 show at Men's Fashion Week on January 17 in Paris.

The star wore a causal purple coat and a pair of black trousers with white sneakers when he departed to Paris from the Bangkok airport on Monday night. In videos posted to China's Twitter-like Sina Weibo, Oh could be seen nodding and waving to his fans.

"Wow, our prince Sehun is grape-flavored. Have a safe flight! We look forward to your surprising outfit during the fashion week," one Chinese fan posted on Sina Weibo.

EXO member Kim Jong-dae

South Korea's largest entertainment company SM Entertainment denied a rumor that EXO member Kim Jong-dae, better known as Chen, has gotten married and "the report that Chen had a cathedral wedding" is "groundless."

The rumors began circulating after the agency and Chen announced on Monday that he had recently gotten engaged and that his fiancée is pregnant.

Many Chinese netizens congratulated Chen and some even joked that they had already come up with the baby's name.

"We are so grateful that you shared your happiness with us, and we will stand with you and support you forever," one fan posted.

The nominees for the 2020 Oscars has ignited heated discussions among Chinese netizens as the films produced in 2019 are seen as highly competitive.  

Scarlett Johansson came out on top in the nominations, receiving nods for both actresses in a leading role and supporting actress - a first for the US actress. 

"Scarlett definitely deserves the nominations. She has played many roles in drama films, which allowed her to polish her acting skills. She is a great actress," one Chinese netizen commented on Sina Weibo.

South Korean film Parasite was nominated in several categories including best director, achievement in film editing and best international feature film of the year.

"Congratulations to Parasite for being nominated for an Oscar for the first time. It is indeed a good film," another Chinese netizen posted on Sina Weibo.
