In response to a media inquiry that US President Donald Trump said he has "no problem" with a Russian oil tanker off the coast of Cuba delivering relief to the island on Sunday night, adding "I told them, if a country wants to send some oil into Cuba right now, I have no problem whether it's Russia or not", and the question that whether Cuba has sought China assistance in oil and whether China is willing to help Cuba, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said that China urges the US to immediately lift its blockade and sanctions against Cuba and cease all forms of coercion and pressure. 

China will continue to provide assistance to Cuba in its own way, to the best of its capacity, Mao said.
